Terms of Service
Welcome to Narratora.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Narratora website, software, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Narratora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Narratora is an AI-powered Generative Content Automation platform that helps users transform documents, transcripts, reports, interviews, research papers, screenplays, stories, articles, and other source materials into professional, publish-ready outputs using specialized workflows.
Narratora currently includes workflows such as:
- Document Breakdown
- Discussions & Interviews
- Professional Script Analysis
Narratora may introduce additional workflows, features, AI models, integrations, pricing plans, and output formats as the platform evolves.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
To use Narratora, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete account information.
By using Narratora, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to:
- Keep your password secure.
- Maintain accurate account information.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our negligence.
Narratora is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Narratora is offered on a subscription basis.
Current plans include:
- Monthly: $39 CAD per month
- Yearly Founding Membership: $390 CAD per year
Prices may change in the future. Existing users who have been promised grandfathered pricing will continue to receive those benefits while maintaining an active subscription, subject to the terms of their specific plan.
5-Day Trial
New users may be eligible for a one-time introductory trial.
The current trial includes:
- One-time payment of $5 CAD
- Five days of full platform access
- Thirty (30) credits
The trial is the first billing period of a monthly subscription.
Unless cancelled before the trial expires, the subscription automatically renews at $39 CAD per month beginning on Day 6 and continues until cancelled.
Where reasonably possible, Narratora will send a reminder before the trial ends. Failure to receive a reminder does not prevent automatic renewal.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your Billing page
- The Stripe Customer Portal
- Emailing support@narratora.com
If you cancel during the trial, your subscription will not renew.
If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate refunds for payments already processed.
Payment Information
You authorize Narratora and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:
- Subscription renewals
- Credit purchases
- Applicable taxes
- Other services you choose to purchase
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension or termination of your subscription until payment is received.
Credits
Narratora operates using a credit system.
Credits are used to generate eligible outputs across the platform.
Current usage rates are displayed within the application and may change as Narratora evolves.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscription credits renew with each billing cycle.
- Subscription credits do not roll over between billing periods.
- Purchased top-up credits are separate from subscription credits.
- Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active.
- Promotional credits have no cash value and may expire.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Narratora reserves the right to modify credit costs for specific features or outputs as the platform evolves.
Refund Policy
The $5 introductory trial is non-refundable once platform access has been used.
If you believe you were charged unintentionally—for example, because you intended to cancel before renewal—please contact support@narratora.com within 7 days of the charge.
We review refund requests individually and, in most genuine good-faith situations, will refund the most recent subscription payment.
Refund decisions remain at Narratora's sole discretion.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, as most billing issues can be resolved much more quickly through our support team.
5. Acceptable Use
Narratora is designed to help users create professional, original, and valuable content. By using the Service, you agree to do so responsibly and lawfully.
You agree not to use Narratora to:
- Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.

- Use automated tools or bots to overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or operate Narratora as a competing AI service without our prior written permission.
- Use Narratora in any way that could damage the security, stability, or reputation of the platform.
Narratora reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your Content and Ownership
Your content remains yours.
You retain ownership of all documents, screenplays, stories, novels, reports, research papers, contracts, transcripts, articles, and other materials that you upload to Narratora.
Subject to applicable law and the rights of third-party AI providers, you also retain ownership of the outputs generated through your use of the Service.
Narratora does not claim ownership of your uploaded content or generated outputs.
By using the Service, you grant Narratora a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your uploaded materials solely for the purpose of providing the services you request.

Professional advice—including legal, financial, medical, investment, or other regulated advice—should always be obtained from qualified professionals where appropriate.
9. Beta and Experimental Features
From time to time, Narratora may introduce beta, preview, or experimental features.
These features are provided for evaluation purposes and may:
- Change without notice
- Operate differently from production features
- Be modified or discontinued at any time
- Produce incomplete or unexpected results
Beta features are provided "as available" and may not receive the same level of support or reliability as generally available features.
Your use of beta features is voluntary.
10. Service Availability

However, Narratora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Security updates
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Third-party service interruptions

- Events beyond our reasonable control
Narratora may temporarily suspend access to protect the security, stability, or integrity of the platform.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions whenever possible.
11. Disclaimers

Your use of Narratora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and process your information.
By using Narratora, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
